Canaport LNG Sponsorship Guidelines, Criteria and
Considerations:
Canaport LNG is committed to continuing our support of
the Saint John community through sponsorship of local interests
-- activities, events and programs that will have a meaningful
impact on our community.
We invite all interested parties to please contact us
with their proposals for our sponsorship consideration,
provided that the proposed project directly benefits the
Saint John community and is focused in one of the following
five areas:
- Education
- Environment
- Healthcare
Recipients will be selected on the merits of their proposal
and its potential contribution to the community of Saint
John.
The Application Process:
To be considered for sponsorship by Canaport LNG, a brief
proposal letter should be submitted. Proposal letters should
include:
- A description of the proposed work and how it
will be conducted
- Information about the organization
conducting the project
- Who and in what way Saint John
community members will benefit from the proposed opportunity,
i.e. problems and issues the proposed project will address
- The
names and curricula vitae of those engaged in the project
- A detailed project/organization budget, including other
sources of funding
- Period of time for which funds are
requested
- Other relevant project or organizational information
Proposal letters should be e-mailed or mailed to:
