Canaport LNG Limited Partnership is a Canadian limited partnership between Repsol (75% owner) and Fort Reliance (25% owner).

Fort Reliance and Repsol entered into definitive agreements in June 2005 to develop a liquefaction natural gas import and regasification terminal in Saint John, New Brunswick. This agreement formed a new company – Canaport LNG.
