Canaport LNG is constructing a state-of-the-art LNG receiving and regasification terminal in Saint John, New Brunswick that will begin operations in late 2008.

The first LNG regasification plant in Canada, Canaport LNG will distribute natural gas to both Canadian and U.S. markets.

Canaport LNG will have a send-out capacity of 1 billion cubic feet (28 million cubic meters) of natural gas per day.
